My own motivation
DO IT ‘CAUSE
YOU WANT TO
not because you have to
If you’re waiting for me to write a post where I tell you all my fitness secrets, my exercise routines and the incredibly yummy green smoothie I have after lifting weights, I’m sorry to disappoint you and tell you that I’ll probably never be able to create such content.
Because if I had the opportunity to choose a superpower, that would be to tone my thighs while staying at my favorite place in the whole world: my sofa. I’m not, and as you can clearly see in these photos, a fitness expert and I’m especially not the kind of person who goes to the gym every single day, and to be honest, it’s actually not my favorite part of the day.
However, I always try to find new motivations to get up early at 7am, hit the gym and try new work outs. It ain’t easy, but the key is to find something that you like and do it because you want to, not because you have to. So, instead of lying to you guys with a story on how I got the body I always wanted in three easy steps, I come to you with this to suggest you the whole truth: constancy, good food, walking as much as you can and to accept that nobody is perfect. Yeah, not even that hot girl with the steel ass that exists at every gym.
And of course, it also helps to your motivation
if you’ve got a killer work out set.
This post is a result of Cuponation’s Virtual Gym sponsoring a
couple of social media posts with Nike, but this blog post is a personal initiative.
Let’s say it’s partially sponsored.
