City Rush

WORK & PLAY

While I admit the reconnection with nature is more than necessary once in a while, don’t expect Fake Leather settling down in a place different from a big city; noisy, active, diverse and always in the move. For me, it’s the life that keeps me both sane and on the border of chaos, my ideal personal balance.

So here it is, a simple outfit suitable for both working and playing, shot within the five minutes between the office and the last afternoon’s coffee.

Same here, girl, SAME HERE. I’m currently in a small town wayyy south of the busy city I live in – there are more greens here and a lake and a beach nearby (and NO mall, can you believe it, not even a small one) – and while it was refreshing the first few days, I miss the hustle and bustle of my hometown alreadyyy.
PS: I kind of collect denim jackets; am already on a mission to look for a similar high-street patched denim jacket like yours here!!!

    1. Hi Liyana, thank you so much for commenting 😀
I totally understand you. I used to live in a small town with not a single store around (not even a 7eleven or anything) and while I enjoyed how quiet and calm it was for the first days, I got sick of it pretty quickly. Three months and I was going insane! I guess you either love it or hate it, I’ve met people who love the countryside and wish they could live by the sea or the mountains, but I guess I was just made to love the concrete and the noise of a big city 🙂
      xx
