Safe Flight

SAFE AS IN:
BARELY ON TIME
All my flights are overwhelming. As much as I try, I find it difficult to stretch the hours of the day to give myself enough time (and the responsibility, honestly) of packing in advance and, thereby, avoid forgetting important stuff like my passport or underwear. Yes, traveling is amazing, but it’s so much more when you’re already in the airport with enough time to kill, when having a coffee and a croissant while you wait for your flight is a real luxury.
The same history happened in our way to Oslo, Norway. For the umpteenth time, my efforts in having my luggage done at least one day in advance were delated by “more important” events, like: urgent work, meetings and that movie I swore myself, couldn’t let a day go by without watching it. So, there I was, four hours before leaving to the airport packing and putting my most neutral garments in the luggage, that way I could at least make outfits without thinking about the colors.

Lucky me, the trip was sponsored by the first and only Islay dry gin The Botanist, and during the journey on board of Norwegian Airlines (only my favorite low-cost airline since I flew with them to LA the past winter), we were able to forget the fact that we almost lost our flight, relaxing with a premium DIY Gin & Tonic set, perfect for a three and a half hours flight to Norway.
I’m not saying alcohol is the answer to your problems, but a drink once in a while hurts no one and on stressful moments it fits like a glove, although if you want an encore on your drink, please drink responsibly and in a safe environment, otherwise it’s not fun!

I might pack late, but I never forget…
Rounn Manhattan bag, Le Labo fragrance,
Comodynes make-up remover,
e.l.f. mist & set, Dr. Jart Dermaclear water,
Clarins Hydra Essence cream, e.l.f. HD powder.

Baggage packing I try to do the day before departure, however, it is often that I do it at the last minute and forget some important trinkets. A little relaxation on the go is always needed, sometimes it is a small drink and another time delicious chocolate to drink, but it depends on the humor and the seasons.
Safe travel
